This is a discussion about the state of diversity in architecture and design education and the challenges and opportunities that exist within the education system as well as in the industry itself.

This episode’s guest, Kiwana T. McClung, is an Associate Professor in the School of Architecture & Design who currently serves as Interim Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A graduate of Louisiana State University's School of Architecture and Design, Kiwana is nationally recognized for her research and efforts towards increasing diversity within a school of architecture and curricula.

Coincidentally, she is also a former student of Designer Discussions’ co-host Jason Lockhart. This is a discussion about the state of diversity in architecture and design education and the challenges and opportunities that exist within the education system as well as in the industry itself.
