- Use cloud-based storage like Dropbox or Google Drive
- Organize by
  - Project
  - Scope (kitchen, bath, whole house, etc.)
  - Location
  - Style
  - Date
  - Topic (for trends)
- Organize by project and style/room
What should all be included for a project?
- Location
- Size
- Homeowners
- Scope
- Inspiration
- Product list
- Photos/videos
